Raised in south/east Germany I grew into board sports at the young age. After I first saw kiteboarding on the cover of the Stance Mag I took lessons in Austria’s mountain lakes never dreaming of the journey ahead.

It was the beginning of the free-ride scene and people wanted to document how to ride with style and a little bit of grace. From here onwards I decided to live and breath kiteboarding and moved to countries such as Canary Islands (Spain), Capetown (South Africa),  Cabarete (Dominican Republic) and Perth (Australia). 

All these cultures and the local terrain have had a huge influence on me both personally and professionally and I’m thankful for that. Through my sponsors I am able to show all aspects of our sport and push the equipment technology at the same time. I’m stoked on kite boarding to say at least!
